3. Project Process & Timeline

Our design process typically includes:

• Consultation: Initial project discussion and requirements gathering
• Proposal: Detailed project scope, timeline, and pricing
• Design Phase: Creative development and revisions
• Delivery: Final files and project completion

Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Specific delivery dates will be agreed upon in your project proposal.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project proposal. Generally:

• 50% deposit required to begin work on most projects
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may result in project delays
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Revisions & Changes

Revision policies vary by service tier and will be outlined in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final approved designs. Creative Gille retains the right to:

• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Use project as a case study (with your permission)
• Retain ownership of preliminary concepts and unused designs

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear project requirements and feedback
• Supplying necessary materials (images, text, brand guidelines)
• Timely payment according to agreed terms
• Respecting intellectual property rights of third parties

8. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled by either party with written notice. Cancellation terms:

• Work completed to date will be billed
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Final deliverables will only be provided upon full payment

9. Limitation of Liability

Creative Gille's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
